At Franbon, our refund and returns policy is determined by the individual vendors selling their products on our platform. Franbon is not fully responsible for returns or refunds if you go outside of the vendor’s agreement. Some vendors’ policies might differ from others, so please ensure you read all the policy details for each product before making a purchase.
General Return Policy
Each vendor on Franbon sets their own return and refund policies. Please review the vendor’s specific return policy on the product page before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain items may be exempt from returns based on the vendor’s policy, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable software)
Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, the vendor may require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed by the vendor.
Partial Refunds
There are situations where only partial refunds may be granted by the vendor, such as:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened media (e.g., CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to the vendor’s error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by the vendor, they will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded according to the vendor’s policy. Sale items may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to the vendor’s policies. Typically, items can be replaced if they are defective or damaged. Please contact the vendor directly for exchange inquiries.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return, depending on the vendor’s policy. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the vendor will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, follow the instructions provided by the vendor. You will generally be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
